Caren Whitehouse
The Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service was one of the top five things that I have ever done. The knowledge I have received, experiences that I have had, and friendships that I have made have come together in a life-changing experience. I highly recommend it for any woman interested in improving her life and her outlook of public service.
